amazing bathing respectful staff
i found amazing bathing facilities. the unbelievable views from upper floors was awesome. staff were courteous and helpful i though.
The minibar wasn't restocked fast enough. It wasn't a big deal though.

favorable location quiet rooms attentive staff short cab rides
The hotel had a favorable location near the US Embassy. Quiet rooms allowed for restful sleep. I appreciated that short cab rides provided access to most sights. The attentive staff enhanced my visit greatly.
I noticed the absence of English news channels on the in-room television.

broken fan incompetent staff member
the location met expectations as it was near public transport.
the air conditioning fan was broken. it made noise on the metal shroud internally. a trainee staff member was sent to the room, but he was incompetent. it took about 4-5 hours to move us to a different room

Really good Stay with Attentive Service
elegant lobby beautiful view consistent courtesy breakfast option
The hotel features an elegant lobby. The rooms offer beautiful views, especially from the higher floors. The staff demonstrated consistent courtesy and helpfulness. I found the breakfast options excellent, with a diverse selection of Japanese and continental dishes.
During check-out I noticed an unexpected small additional charge. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive.

The staff displayed consistent responsiveness and friendliness throughout my stay. Housekeeping provided really good service and turndown service occurred nightly. The concierge was particularly helpful with directions. Requests were always met efficiently.

rude staff mixed messages
the bed was large and comfortable.
the front desk staff gave mixed messages concerning the bar. i was refused service as a solo person despite there being space. the hotel did not seem to value my business.
